Talk:OhInternet
- I absolutely hate OhInternet, nice article. Funny because it's even lamer than what it was trying to better. - LOL vandalz 10:29, April 23, 2011 (UTC)
I don't find much humor in this article at all. It's just completely boring. Honestly, I laughed harder at certain Oh Internet entries. --98.194.6.21 06:19, April 29, 2011 (UTC)
Then you are part of the problem good sir--173.68.74.150 21:18, July 25, 2011 (UTC)
- This article was designed to read in the style of OhInternet's coverage of internet memes. -- Simsilikesims(♀UN) Talk here. 22:44, October 12, 2011 (UTC)
Just FYI ED.com was shut down because Sherrod was being harassed because of the content that she allowed hosted. The reason she wouldn't release backups was because she was (is) afraid of retribution from the people who bullied her into shutting down the site. Just thought you should know. --24.63.88.164 01:52, August 16, 2011 (UTC)
So she is a total pansy who can't take an insult?
good to know--98.113.195.33 20:40, October 8, 2011 (UTC)
- Sounds more like a case of being overpowered by superior lawyers, in my opinion. Someone who stuck around on ED for that long surely should have a thick skin. -- Simsilikesims(♀UN) Talk here. 22:42, October 12, 2011 (UTC)

- So she wanted to remove her nudes....makes one question why did she ever post them publicly in the first place? Not too bright. -- Simsilikesims(♀UN) Talk here. 23:37, October 12, 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, she originally started ED to make articles about LiveJournal and Wikipedia users until she totally lost control of the place. I was on ED then, the thing that pissed users the most was that there were no prior warnings whatsoever (not that it is a big loss in hindsight now that I know this site) Imagine tomorrow morning trying to log in on Uncy and everything is gone, your articles, everything. The Bulletin Board of Oh Internet was a warzone :) Mattsnow 23:50, October 12, 2011 (UTC)
- And OhInternet admins actually acted shocked that this was the case. LOL. What did they expect after posting the deceptive "maintenance" message? Surely their knowledge of "internet drama" as former ED admins should have taught them otherwise.-- Simsilikesims(♀UN) Talk here. 23:53, October 12, 2011 (UTC)
- ED was bad on many levels, mainly cyberbullying. There's an admin on OhInternet, Dr. Rahberry, who once banned me for a week, for jokingly complaining about an edit conflict! ED was so poorly administrated. Mattsnow 23:59, October 12, 2011 (UTC)

Moral guidance[edit source]
If you want to know the future of the Internet, imagine a corporate bot stamping adverts on a human face forever. Well wait no longer, valued customer; the future is here! The future is OhInternet! Approved and authorised memes are adding value to your Internet experience in a safe environment - so what are you waiting for?
Why is the article so overtly disapproving of OhInternet? You've gone halfway to what a web page should be by adopting the style, but you still betray a frankly appalling lack of respect or morals. Johnjohnson (talk) 21:11, 21 October 2013 (UTC)
- Moved your comment to the bottom because you put it in the middle of a two-year-old discussion; hope that's ok. I assume this is some sort of reference to 1984? Also, welcome. – Llwy-ar-lawr (talk • contribs • logs) 21:26, 21 October 2013 (UTC)
