Forum:IProblem
Bah, I think there's too much of these "iPod" articles in the apple range. I think if we don't start weeding out the mediocre, unoriginal and unfunny iPod articles we may end up with a problem similar to the (mostly) unfunny plague of "Kanye hates" and "Russian Reversal" quote problem.
Obviously some ipod articles are true keepers. The reason is that iPod articles are so easy to make and the more there are the harder it will be to find one with an original joke.
So, should we cut out some of the iPod articles and help make the good (or promising) ones better?--Witt E, 03:50, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- FnORd, definately. Burn the iZod and the iHolla and Neuroipods!~ 07:37, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- Proceed with caution. Clean-up is certainly neccessary, but we don't need to declare an iJihad. ~CaputosistheHorrible12:54, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- Oooh, "iJihad", I rather like that idea... "In the early years of the twenty-first century, facing a terrifying growth in products with sleek white industrial design and prefixed by 'i', a fundamentalist movement to purge the world of all things 'i' began. Many uncyclopedians were felled in the ensuing slaughter, strangled with the cords from their own white earbuds".--InfiniteMonkey 16:57, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- Actually, the period from 2000 → 2005 was known as the iGeneration. So that's actually true. ~ 17:18, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- I'd love to see that as a full article. Hilarious. --User:Nintendorulez 18:41, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- And when in doubt, VFD. --Moogle.EXE 17:16, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- For mass VFDing --ZB 21:40, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
- Perhaps we should make a Project:Pages for deletion/ipod to avoid crowding up VFD like the vanity pages did. ~ 06:56, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
- Perhaps...there is a lot of them and half (maybe more) aren't that good or creative. Battery life and Size jokes can only go so far...--Witt E, 05:08, 5 June 2006 (UTC)

What about the good Ol' iRaq? Has anyone thought about doing something about it? I know this is kind of an unrelated issue, but leaving it as messy as the real country itself is just not a very good idea! -- Colonel Swordman 17:20, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
We have a couple of the iRAQ Pocket PC clones already, methinks? --Carlb 01:28, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
- Not according to my knowledge. Besides, "The iRAQ Pocket PC" you are referring to doesn't even exist anymore because I have already merged it with "The iRaq Pocket PC". -- Colonel Swordman 03:52, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
Ok, FFW and lots of deletions have occured, so are there still too many aRticles? ~ 12:00, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
