Writer is missing a golden opportunity to be ironic and BE even creepier than the creepy guy he is writing about. Discussions about how the person is creepy is merely cursory and glosses over various excuses. The lack of specifics in certain sections serve to weaken the article even more. The paragraph on the Lights is just extraneous at this point, it doesn't marks the guy as creepy and more likely as bored. Overall the article lacks enough focus on the topic.
