Apparently in a re-release of episode whatever (5 i think), Bobba Fett's voice is replaced with that of Temuera Morrison, who played Jango Fett in E1 and 2. and tem has a new zealand maori accent... Hydroksyde 12:52, 13 Aug 2005 (UTC)
- But are Bobba Fett and Jango Fett evil, or just misunderstood? If Clonetroopers and Stormtroopers are based on Fett, why do they have difference voices? I always felt that Boba Fett was neutral, and just did things for money, not for evil. The same with Jango Fett. Clonetroopers and Stormtroopers are neutral and have just been brainwashed by the Empire to become their puppets. --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 16:53, 16 Jan 2006 (UTC)

Like that jive-talkin' mofo Obi-Wan Kenobi? And how come they got that dude from CNN to do Vader's voice --- wasn't Bristolian Green Cross Code superhero David Prowse's accent British enough? On a similar note, let's have Why do all the evil people in action movies have goatees? and Why do all the evil people in Kevin Costner movies have all the dialogue? --Ettlz 12:49, 15 Apr 2005 (EDT)
- Geez, give me a break. I just added in those exceptions. I hope they make sense, or rather they do not make sense and therefore are funny as a result. --Orion Blastar 12:53, 15 Apr 2005 (CST)
- He, he! It makes no sense at all :) As for your break, here, have a Kit-Kat. Ettlz 14:14, 15 Apr 2005 (EDT)
- Just random humor is all, makes no sense but it is funny. --Lt. Sir Orion Blastar (talk) 16:53, 16 Jan 2006 (UTC)

This article[edit source]
is the complete opposite of funny. hehe
Darth Vader[edit source]
doesn't have a British accent. QED
The non funny "canon" reason:[edit source]
British accent is Star Wars means that the character is from Coruscant. (Although it is obviously not the only accent there) It is sometimes called a coruscanti accent. ...Just in case anyone is curious.
I suggest...[edit source]
...an NRV tag. This article is stupid, not funny, and the topic doesn't make for a good article however you put it. I would do it myself, but I'm not sure if it's an admin-only thing. Jedibob5 14:12, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
I agree. Its another crappy pop at us Brits. Not a good one. Come on if anyone who wrote this crap had actually been to England they would know that there are much better things to make fun of than "our" bad teeth and big ears. Ever seen a chav? Now thats funny. Flyberius 10:50 05/07/07
I also agree. This just isn't funny at all. A waste of space and a waste of time. Furthermore, a more appropriate title might be "Why?: Do Darths Tyranus and Sidious and the entire Imperial Navy have British accents?" I don't believe Maul has one. Vader does not. Jabba doesn't either nor does he even speak Basic and the same is true of Greedo. General Grievous, the Neimoidians, the Fetts . . . All without British accents. I realize that the preceding is a bit too serious of concern to Uncyclopedia, so I digress. My main point is that the article is dumb and unamusing. --The Satire Vampire 23:27, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
Look sir, droids[edit source]
What about C-3PO? He has a total British accent. Comrade42 07:29, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
