WLOL-LP (Channel -7) was a former Low-Powered TV station licensed to Boston, Massachusetts.It stole it’s Affiliation of UPN from WLVI from 2000-2001,only to shut down due to tax fraud.The station was owned and operated by Knoxville Broadcasting,named this way to trick people into thinking that this station broadcasted in Knoxville. The station was most recently broadcasting Test cards and the dancing banana.

The station was originally founded as a Jewelry Television Affiliate in 1995 as W-07PP selling Blood Diamonds to the Boston Market.The station later on changed their call sign to WLOL-LP for: We’re TeLevisiOn UncycLopedia on a Low Power! This lasted until it lost it’s affiliation in 2000,Promptly becoming a UPN Affiliate.It lost it to WLVI later on that year and it went silent until a few days after 2002 began due to a case by WLVI where it has been discovered the station’s owners ran Pyramid scheme Sears.Which then,The FCC and IRS destroyed the license and sent the owners to 27 years in prison.

The station’s “Legacy” is widely known in the Boston area as one of the worst stations to have ever existed,Due to it’s lack of rules and alleged harassment of Engineers working at the station,The Only good thing people have to say about the station was that it’s spade logo looked kinda cool,but WLVI’s Spade did much better,At least according to WikiPedia.
