Help[edit source]
Sir Sir: Regarding your Change Summary, to-wit, {{Help}}: Do you need help? Spıke ¬ 01:28 30-Nov-12
Well, that was half an hour ago, and you have instead sent messages to two Admins asking for help. Let me see if I can guess what you need. You blanked your user page and it didn't stay blanked. Simsilikesims restored it, probably because it was ambiguous: If you did not intend to blank it, you might appreciate her help; if you did intend to blank it because you quit the site, unblanking it might give us clues why; if you intended it because of some conflict, we always like to keep the evidence. - I blanked my user page, for I felt it wasn't good enough to be on uncyclopedia, and I did not want to be kicked out. I do need help adding thing to it though, for I know not how. If you could send a set of instruction for .gifs, info boxes, and pictures, that would make me feel better about my page. I am still quite confused on page setup and being funny, but I am sure i will get better via mentor-ship. – Preceding unsigned comment added by Sir German Biscuits (talk • contribs)
Sorry for the delay; I've been editing. The best way to learn technique is to visit other users' user pages. If you see something you like, click on Edit to see how they coded it. (Don't actually save an edit to their user pages!) Spıke ¬ 03:05 30-Nov-12
PS--Do please sign your messages. (The instructions on this are in Section 1 above.) And indent (by starting paragraphs with some number of : characters) to set them off from the messages of the people you are writing to. Spıke ¬ 03:06 30-Nov-12
PPS--No one is kicked out of Uncyclopedia for "not being good enough." If you are working on a page that is (so far) "not good enough," the key is to name it something like User:Sir German Biscuits/pagename--that is, create it "in your userspace"--and no one will bother it. Your own user page is, by definition, in your own userspace. Spıke ¬ 03:08 30-Nov-12
Good morning! As for "being funny," if it doesn't come naturally to you, Uncyclopedia's Funniest have tried to write down the basics on a page called UN:HTBFANJS. (Don't be insulted when you see the full title; that's just what it's called.) Spıke ¬ 12:15 30-Nov-12
- Thanks Spike, that really did help me out. I am also not at all sarcastic about that statement.

Nor I. It is a fundamental of managing, and of managing voluteers (and I am not officially a "manager"), that most people are "not good enough" at everything. One can purge or one can educate, and we do our best not to purge (except in the barf sense). Congrats on the signature; in the short term, now, please remember to indent. Spıke ¬ 01:01 1-Dec-12
