Just wondering since I seemed to have missed something, but wut? ~Sir Frosty (Talk to me!) Proudly bogan 06:50, May 16, 2012 (UTC)

Correct! MrN Icons-flag-gb.png (talk to me) 10:09, May 16
Wut you are missing is that MrN has become a sun worshipper, and now honors the sun above all else. He is a new adherent to a great tradition of giving up everything to follow the sun (quite easy to do, surprisingly, all you have to do in the morning is sit outside and the sun is following you. If it flies overhead for a couple of hours you just have to start walking west at a leisurely pace, and you are following it). The sun is quite white, by the way, I have no idea why the candid photos of it show it as yellow or orange, with god forsaken things burning all over the place. Aleister 10:17 16-5-'12
Na, the yellow or orange is probably a trick of the light caused by the sun reflecting from my bald sunburnt head. MrN Icons-flag-gb.png (talk to me) 13:54, May 16

??[edit source]

Look at this. On Bing the wording for our Boone's Farm article jumps down to the first sentence which isn't tearing them a new one in a satirical way. Here it is:

Boone's Farm - Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia
Apr 27, 2012
Boones Farm is then purchased or stolen by a lower class of teenagers looking for a cheap drunken state, which they don't find, although they greatly enjoy.

What's that about? How did they pull that off? Maybe it's time we nom the sucker to give it a further push upline. It would be a collab between the two of us, or at least one of you, because we both worked on and brainstormed it. Our page should be spread over the web like a hammock. Aleister 1:50 20-5-'12

Odd. I don't get the same here. When I use BING and search It's the 4th hit (under the urban dictionary which they obviously wrote) and it says "27/04/2012 · Drinking Boone's Farm is kind of like snorting glue, but in a bottle. Stale glue, with ants in...! " I figure that's from our article. MrN Icons-flag-gb.png (talk to me) 14:29, May 20
I just looked again, and it's as you said, except it's the third hit. Google and Bing change their algorithm's several times a day, so apparantly these things move around quite a bit, even to what they sample on a page. Let's still try to feature it and give Boone's Farm more ants in their glue. What say you? And check out my new forum for things I've lost regarding tools, let me know if you have those things (I can't even create a new page). Thanks. Aleister Time: ? 24-5-'12
I'm not sure how much more I can add to it at the moment, and I'm thinking I need to start calling what you just did a "Funnybony". Or... Pretending the other dude did more than they did in an effort to trick them into editing.  :-) It's a clever ploy! Na, this one is all yours should it be FA. I just took a quick look over it again, but could not think of anything to add right now. RE the forum thing. Yea, I find that the auto-completion thing works some of the time, and not others. It's not working now. Also when I do a search on NoArticleOfThisName there is no red link to create that article. MrN Icons-flag-gb.png (talk to me) 03:07, May 24
Thanks for looking. Then how are all these IP's and red-link users still creating articles? I've got my clock back on some pages, not on others (I don't have it on this one, and one of its only uses is for talk pages). So who knows. Oh, I just remembered, 8999 isn't an admin. Oh well. Boone's Farm has ants in it, lol. Ah, you should get a half-credit for Boone's Farm, just for the fun factor. Aleister I'm going to have to email you one of these days. Time: ? 24-5-'12 (CTU)
Actual Red Links Still "Work", and there is Uncyclopedia:Create an article I guess. If it is working for some and not for others tinker with preferences settings, .js and .cs maybe. MrN Icons-flag-gb.png (talk to me) 03:16, May 24
Thanks, I didn't know about the create-an-article page, will have to tab that. The IP's are much smarter than I am, I must admit. I did play with preferences, and all seemed in order. Not .js or .cs, whatever those are. Now I must stop editing and go somewhere. I will spam your email with offers of trips to strange places and sales items from every city in the world. Ya ha ha. Aleister Time: ? 24-5-'12
I have nominated Boone's Farm, and if by a miracle of the saints of wine it is featured I hope you take half. You added those good quotes, and inspired me. Drink up, drink up right now and then puke up later in honor of Boone's Farm, where dogs ride elephants going there to die. Aleister 19:08 24-5/'12
I just noticed something RE the auto-complete thing. It does not work for me if I'm using WikEd. If I disable it it works when editing. MrN Icons-flag-gb.png (talk to me) 01:06, May 28

MS-DOS[edit source]

The template you added is our usual way of cross-selling articles on computing. However, perhaps readers who wanted to laugh at DOS are more interested in relics than in Windows. Also, this glitzy template overwhelms the page to hype something entirely different. So I'll create Template:Old computing. Spıke ¬ 16:08 27-May-12

Nice. I'm not sure if Fortran should be on that list and maybe Windows, Windows BC or maybe Windows 3.1 should be on that template, as Windows came from DOS and such, Mainframe also jumps to mind as another possible for that template. MrN Icons-flag-gb.png (talk to me) 01:04, May 28

Simsilikesims appended it. It appeals to me, as it completes the numerical cadence--MS-UNO, MS-DOS, MS-TRES, FORTRAN. (Got one Joe, get some more.) Spıke ¬ 01:07 28-May-12

Cool. I added a cat I thought it needed. Would not feel right if people missed DOS out of that one! We never should have left the C: I tell ya. :) MrN Icons-flag-gb.png (talk to me) 01:17, May 28

Good cat. Now, I know that Windows "came from" DOS, but I think that Windows doesn't fit under the template's heading, "Really Modern Computing." Just a personal prejudice. Spıke ¬ 01:51 28-May-12

MrN!![edit source]

I'm not back, just at a public computer where people are eyeing me and will probably attack soon. They will of course meet the stone (I always carry a stone-age knife in my pocket). Naw, it's just a stupid public library with no attackers, although the knife is still in my pocket. I've e' you too. Won't be a regular here for awhile, but will catch up on "my" pages, and then will visit ats to see what they are doing. More soon (and why is nobody writing you this month???) I will see if they have the moon book here. Oh, and check out this page for a 911 article I saved (it's down the page a little) and will work on sometime, if you want to play with it too. I'm in Greenland now, of course. More soon. Al June 27, I think, Greenland time
