Wiki revert

I actually agree with you - 75% of the article is utter dross and could be disposed of, but it was a hell of a lot to cut out. Maybe do a rewrite, keeping the good bits and altering as you see fit, in your userspace and then either get it peer reviewed or ask a few people on the IRC channel to take a lot and see what they think? Vice President Edits

Hello-

I have reversed your edits to Vice President which removed text from the first section. The point of the text is to point out that the role of Vice President really doesn't do very much except wait for an action to happen that propels one to be President.
