You can use the [[Image:Imagetitle.jpg|width in pixels, for example "200px"|thumb|Caption text]]

Hey, I know you're just trying to polish your image for the upcoming election season, but please don't erase your old comments on my talk page. Future historians will need this information! Don't worry that they'll see that you were once a n00b -- we all were. Rather, take comfort in the fact that they will look back at your early posts and marvel at how far you came in the few short months you had left to live.
