Hernán Cortés de Monroy y Pizarro is the most misunderstood personality in history. Credited with the conquest of Mexico and the fall of Aztec Empire, he truly was a kind explorer and only, His only interest was to get into the natives' customs and make the Americas known to everyone. He also wanted to spread Christianity, but without the bloody atrocities he was forced to do.
