Chanada is a country[citation needed]. It was founded in 2025 by Fish on skates to troll Gergdown and his so-called "Canada" which is really just a ripoff of Chanada.
History[edit | edit source]
Chanada as a concept began when Fish put the name of the country in her edit summaries on an image built one pixel at a time, where she tried to make the Canadian flag purple. Chanada started out as a small part of Canada, but was colonized by various places before becoming independent.
Amogus colonization[edit | edit source]
On April 3, 2025, the country of Amogus began an invasion of Canadian-controlled Chanada.[Try saying that three times fast] The next day, the colonization succeeded and Chanada became an Amogus colony.
Amogus-Alaskan dispute[edit | edit source]
Alaska started an attack on Chanada on May 21, 2025.
Formation of two states[edit | edit source]
After months of disputes, treaties, and other stuff, Chanada split into two states: Purple Chanada and Red Chanada. Purple Chanada is allied with Ireland and Amogus, while Red Chanada is allied with Canada.
Flags[edit | edit source]
Unlike most countries that have only one flag, Chanada has multiple official flags observed by different people (although some people observe multiple, all, or no flags). The flag images are in the order they were officially adopted.
The first known Chanadish flag was created when the country was a colony of Amogusland.
Chanada was briefly disputed between Amogusland and Alaska, which shows on the flag.
The most well-known version
This flag is sometimes used with the previous version to make a "hybrid flag" which was never officially adopted.
While this is the newest flag design, it is rarely used or seen outside of some government documents.
