About length... most signatures only consist of a template, so what does code length matter? I know we have a 55X length policy, but code? 255 characters? – Sir Skullthumper, MD (criticize • writings • critchat) 01:36 Oct 28, 2007
- I think it cuts you off if you use the custom sig box in preferences. But I'm gonna put in the special template rules later. --SPY 14:57, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
So... I'm not dead. (At least, I don't think so. But we'll see.) Wait, does putting my unsigned thingy make it technically signed? – Preceding unsigned comment added by Coffi (talk • contribs)
- Yes, but if you use it as your actual signature we're all gonna yell at you constantly. 20:21, 15 May 2025 (UTC)
Make this an unignorable policy instead of ignorable.[edit source]
i think i made myself clear. we are sick of people not signing their posts... also we usually yell at users who doesn't fucking sign their posts, so... that kinda makes it unignorable, don't you think? GlitchyZorua (talk) 02:21, 26 July 2025 (UTC)
- I'm fairly certain that we don't have any unignorable policies, so making this specific one unignorable doesn't really make sense.
- ... uh.. actually, we do. Take a look at UN:PII for instance. GlitchyZorua (talk) 13:27, 26 July 2025 (UTC)
- Yes, but that page actually contains really important information. Putting a template like that on way less important stuff (like this page) isn't extremely necessary. Besides, "ignorable policies" are just as ignorable as the big flaming eyes that we slap people who don't behave with.
- Fair enough. GlitchyZorua (talk) 20:35, 26 July 2025 (UTC)
