Revision Delete

Mr X (talk) – contribs (new • del) • edit-count • block (rem • list) • all logs • groups • checkuser when one revision needs to be deleted, do they delete the entire page and restore or do they have RevDel? Yes, we have the ability to delete individual revisions using RevisionDelete without deleting the entire page. Technically we have oversight as well (considering that sysadmins have the suppressrevision permission unlike administrators and bureaucrats), but I don't believe we have any precedent for its use. —  (talk) (contributions) 23:40:06 2020/08/10 UTC

We would typically just use the normal revision delete, as some admins have done in the past, but if there was PII that the user wanted hidden from even admins, I think we could use suppressrevision there. —  (talk) (contributions) 23:19:41 2020/08/11 UTC
