| Final Score: | 39 | The self-referential nature might count against it on VFH (although my track record on such pronouncements has been lacking recently). It is a very good Un-News though, and once again a very enjoyable read. Good work! |

Further thoughts: I guess you could play around with expanding the reason why an overcooked tuber re-entering the planet's atmosphere would cause such catastrophic damage? I'm sure with your background you could flesh this out a bit - it left me scratching my head a tad, and wondering if you'd wrapped it up quickly as your shift was coming to an end or something!
