Humour:	2	There isn't any, really. That ICU tag is there for a reason. Let's look at why, see the rest of this table and the comments below.
Concept:	2	There isn't one, basically. That's your first problem right there. Concept is key, it's what you hang an article from. Come up with a good idea first, and an article will almost write itself. Take an over-used meme like "Over 9000!" and you really have to work to get some funny out of it, take an original look at it. You don't do this. Honestly, I'd ditch this, let it get deleted, and start a new article with a better idea.
Prose and formatting:	3	There's not much of it, and what's there is kinda random and not hugely coherent.
Images:	0	There aren't any, which really doesn't help.
Miscellaneous:	1.8	Averaged. Which means you get some more points!
Final Score:	8.8	This is not a great place to start, to be honest, and you'd be better served coming up with a fresher concept. However, if you really must work with this, see my comments below.

OK, question: what may be over 9000? Something vague to do with someone's balls? Oh dear. First up, you've got a really vague idea here, and not explained it to anyone. Power level? What? The rest of it then makes no sense as a result. And bringing in Ozzy? Why? What possible relevance does he have other than a random name? Let's go through this quickly.

1. Sit back, relax, grab a mug o'tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cyanide milkshake - whatever's your poison - and read HTBFANJS. Slowly. I do this from time to time, as do many of the best authors on here. It will give you plenty of pointers as to how to write humorous content.
2. Now, revisit your concept. Either you explain what you mean by Power Level, and then try to get some funny out of that, or.... You have fun with the fact that you haven't defined what it is that might be over 9000. "Investigators are baffled as to what this amount might relate to, but several sources appear to be quite clear on the matter. Some shouted the amount, in a manner that suggests it is of some importance, leading experts to believe that it is vital they establish exactly what it is that may be over 9000 as quickly as possible. 'The only thing we have to go on' said investigator Mike Atsdead 'is that they all used the word "it", which leads us to believe we are looking for a single entity, possibly some form of measurement. Whatever it is, over 9000 of them can't be good, and may even be dangerous, I only hope we find out what the hell it is in time!' That kind of thing. That's a quick example off the top of my head, but you get the idea.
3. Expand it, run with the concept a little, get what mileage you can from it.
4. Add a relevant picture or so.

But try to avoid randomness, and make sure you have a defined concept before you go for it.
