- Why is it always the poeple who have nothing contructive to say A) have done nothing of any value themselves and B) never voted, to voice there opions when it actually makes a difference? Had a similar dude come to Nursery's talk page. It's good to come tell the author how uch you enjoyed their work, regardless of wither or not it's featured, but comming just to insult -- without any constructive critisicm, is both useless and mean. </rant> ~Orian57~ ~Talk~ 13:42 30 May 2009
- I've voted on VFH a few times actually, but not when this article was being considered. Didn't strike me as a particularly funny piece by normal standards, let alone for a Featured Article. But that's just like, my opinion, man. And as for my contructive [sic] criticism, nobody asked me for it and why should they? I didn't want to get into an in-depth discussion on the page, just wanted to give a quick opinion. Being mean doesn't come into it. - Ok, this argument ceases to amuse me. Orian, I appreciate your sticking up for me, but I really don't care. I don't think I've written an article yet that everyone has liked. Noah'shousepotty, I'd have preferred criticism of the constructive variety, but, as I said, I really don't care. Anyways, I'd very much appreciate it if you two would stop posting on this talk page now--and that means no parting snipes.
