WASHINGTON DC -- Governments around the world have condemned Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, President of Iran for repeated use of the word 'The' after several media outlets translated and highlighted it's use in an exclusive interview on Al Jazeera recently where Ahmadinejad discussed his new puppies. The story has been traced to Fox News.

Various groups have branded the statements as antisemitic and disrespectful since the definite article is, they say most commonly associated in peoples minds with The Holocaust.

Rumours of his role in the long awaited sequel to World War II are, he says "just rumours". Washington chatter monkey blogsters in the infosphere have been discussing a project thought to be provisionally called "Ajax II" for years.

Commenting on his blog, Ahmadinejad wrote "I have great respect for the definite article both before singular and dare I say it, plural nouns when referring to a particular member of any kind of group, no matter who or what they are".

Fox News later retracted the story when Lego threatened legal action for endangering their brand through association. Speculation about the reforming of the band WHAM! has again been strenuously denied.
