How to reformat the template?[edit source]

This template no longer works because Encyclopedia Dramatica has moved urls, from ED.online to ED.top, I tried to update it earlier but the link apparently triggered a spam filter. Since ED.top doesn’t have a short url (ED.online did, one that didn’t trigger the filter) we can’t update the template to point to the right url. Any ideas? @Bad Motherfucker: help? It's encyclopediadramatica.top fyi. Matr1x-101 (talk) 16:11, 1 June 2024 (UTC)
Sure, i'll do that later. Alula.gifAlula.gif 17:19, 1 June 2024 (UTC)
Or not. The URL is blacklisted, which as far as i'm concerned would completely lock everyone out of editing any page with the template on it. Alula.gifAlula.gif 18:02, 1 June 2024 (UTC)
Well, guess that the edgy kids won't have their link to ED after all. It might be the best course of actions, as anyone can accidentally click the link on articles with this template on them, and curse them to look at horrors beyond human comprehesion. DaniPine3 (talk) 18:18, 1 June 2024 (UTC)
I think their point is that they quite literally can't do that right now. Their request is to change the link to a new website, but it is blacklisted by the server, meaning that i would've needed to ask a sysadmin to temporarily remove it to do that. And that's quite honestly not worth it. Alula.gifAlula.gif 18:25, 1 June 2024 (UTC)
No, I get what you're saying; what I'm saying is that perhaps it's a good thing that the template has to be removed, to avoid people misclicking and going to ED while they're at public or something. Also, with "edgy kids" I was just referencicg the template itself; I wasn't referring to anyone in particular. DaniPine3 (talk) 22:59, 1 June 2024 (UTC)
EDIT: ED has moved from encyclopediadramatica.top to “edramatica.com”. I’ve noticed that any url starting with “encyclopediadramatica” is blacklisted, even the ones that don’t exist but because this one starts with “edramatica” instead of “encyclopediadramatica”, we might be able to link to it without triggering the filter.
