This looks really good SysRq[edit source]
The idea is tickling and several lines are good. I really want to see this vfh'ed someday! Mightydandylion (talk) Fk 03:33, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
- Also, I really like the first picture! Mightydandylion (talk) Fk 03:38, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
- Well if you love it so much, why don't you marry it? Seriously though, thanks, glad you like it. I've had the idea for a while but never bothered to write it until just now. ~Minitrue Sir SysRq! Talk! Sex! =/ GUN • WotM • RotM • AotM • VFH • SK • PEEING • HP • BFF @ 03:41 May 3
- I'd really like to: it's just that I've got twenty pages worth of stuff to write due soon. So I love it, but I'm not ready for commitment, haha. Mightydandylion (talk) Fk 03:59, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

- Good call mocking disabled veterans. That's pushing the humor envelope.
How the hell did this get on the front page? It's crass, offensive and unfunny. Herbert the Giraffe 18:18, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
- It was voted for featuring. If you didn't want it on the Main Page, there was a lengthy span of time during which you could have voiced your opinion. Instead, it's here, and I think it's quite amusing. Nothing is a above satire. - Don Leddy the Crunch (Nyah, see, nyah!) 18:22, May 31
- Yes, veterans ought to be above satire. They fought to protect your security and your freedom. Don't you have any respect? Herbert the Giraffe 20:28, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
- I was the one who wrote the article. My dad has been in the Marines for 19 years. His dad served in Vietnam in the United States Army. I have nothing but respect for our veterans. But this is a stab at the stereotype of homeless veterans, not veterans themselves. It mocks the mental image that so many Americans have in their heads about Vietnam vets, many of which were not welcomed home with open arms and were mistreated upon their return. Don't talk to me about security and freedom. I know plenty of friends' dads who don't come home from Iraq. I've been to Walter Reed on several occasions. Don't talk to me about that shit. That's not what this article is about. Don't take it at face value, and this is not the place to bitch about it if you're too dense to read between the lines. ~Minitrue Sir SysRq! Talk! Conversational articles...[edit source]
I'm kinda getting sick of these articles that are just conversations getting featured. It's a bit boring and predictable now. Pasta of Muppets 00:07, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
