Looks like you need Linux, with a livejournal account, and Emacs. You can't get the whipped cream because Stallman ate it all. ~

Nope Stallman eats all the whipped cream, it is his clause in the GPL. The closest we can get to the request is Freespire which contains a penguin, imitation whipped cream, and a goat.
