Drax.png On Thanksgiving Break 2011, Andrew Spinks had an idea for an awesome tool which has the merits to be used as a weapon. He looked at all the drills that he made for the imminent 1.1 update: "How about a drill that can mine all known materials and chop trees, as well as giant mushrooms? Oh wait! It could also be used as a hammer!" On December 1st, 2011, the Hamdrax was born.[1]

A Humble Start[edit | edit source]

Once it was created, everyone rejoiced. In order for one to craft a Hamdrax, he/she would combine all his drills and some adamantite at his mythril anvil, and take on the world. With its usefulness, it is the weapon of choice for a select few. This should not be confused with the known Hamdrax users.

The Major Change[edit | edit source]

On October 1st, 2013, the Hamdrax lost its ability to be used as a hammer (it can't remove background walls).[2] Nonetheless, Andrew gave it a clever name and it stuck. Otherwise, it's still the same thing.

What Not to do with a Drax[edit | edit source]

This guy compensated and look at him now. He's dead.
  • Do not use the Drax to express Penis Envy. In fact, try not to have feelings of penis envy.
  • Don't give the Drax to kids. They'll kill themselves.
