Blueshirt

Hello, I moved your Blueshirt-article to your userspace in User:Xoyume/Blueshirt, since its ICU-tag technically expired today and you hadn't improved upon it remarkably. You had also removed the ICU-tag I placed on the article - in the future, please don't do that, it's up to the tagger and other admins to review the tagged articles in questions and judge the articles themselves. A good idea would be to generally start your articles in your userspace, like how your blueshirt-article now is, or to place a construction-template on articles you work on, like this {{Construction}} - just so they wouldn't have the risk of getting deleted.
