Welcome![edit source]

Hello, Dreadnought, and welcome to Uncyclopedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If not, the door's right over there... no, a little more to your left... yeah. Anyway, here are a few good links for nooblets:

If you read anything at all, make it the above two links. If you want to find out more about Uncyclopedia or need more help with something, try these:

Blanking[edit source]

Please don't blank the contents of articles, even if they're utter crap. Instead, please report them on QVFD. If you just remove the content, one of the admins might think you're vandalising pages and end up banning you. Thanks for your work on quality control and reverting so far. -- Sir Codeine K·H·P·B·M·N·C·U·Bu. · (Harangue) 09:39, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

Please read the above comment again, as I think you must have forgotten about it. Don't blank articles you think should be deleted, that just makes more work for the admins who have to go back through the history to make sure it isn't just vandalised before deleting. As stated above, list such pages on QVFD, and they'll get deleted. Spang talk 05:11, 21 Nov 2006

Okay I keep forgeting..I'm just used to deleting pages on the Runescape wiki.. Does that apply to blanking parts of an article, like if someone adds crap to it? Dreadnought 05:20, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

(fragmented conversations are bad ^_^) No problem, help is always appreciated, just watch out for the less forgiving admins who have banned well established contributors for doing that in the past! Reverting bad edits is something everyone can do, I'm sure as an admin on a different wiki you know about what to revert etc. Though if it's a not-very-funny paragraph or two that have always been there, it's preferred to at least try to rewrite rather than remove. Hope that helps! Spang talk 05:33, 21 Nov 2006
