This is from the watchlist. What's the m in the beginning of the line, and the number (+147)? Thanks!-- Style Guide 18:38, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

(m) means it's a minor edit (or at the least, that someone ticked the box marked "This is a minor edit" on the edit page). The number is the number of bytes that have been added or removed from the page, and is useful in spotting vandalism or mass blanking - for example: (-22,057) is probably someone removing all content from the page, hence the reason large numbers show up in bold. -- Sir Codeine K·H·P·B·M·N·C·U·Bu. · (Harangue) 18:42, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
