Two points - you can place quotes such as that one above all over your userpages if you so wish, but don't put quotes attributed to yourself on other pages as they'll be considered vanity - ie; about someone nobody has heard of - and will get removed. If you attribute them to someone famous, preferably someone in someway connected with the subject of the article, then that's fine. Here's the proper code to add a quote: {{Q|YOURQUOTEHERE|NAME|SUBJECT}}. Just change YOURQUOTEHERE to whatever it is you wish to put, tNAMEhe name to whoever said the quote, and the SUBJECT to whichever subject the article is on.
