Gale5050, there are some issues here:

• I do not think you should be reverting something you consider spam, spam is not always unambiguous, and I especially do not think you should be reverting copyright violations. You have demonstrated that you do not understand what copyright violations are.
• You have still demonstrated poor judgement about issuing warnings. I do not think you should be allowed to issue any warnings to anyone or go around telling people they've made mistakes. If you think that some sort of warning is necessary, I think you should still point it out to Kev. As I said, I'm happy having you point it out to me as well.
• There is no such thing as a partial violation of a rule.
• I do not think you should be adding anything to Uncyclopedia:Anniversaries or anything that ends up on the Main Page.
• Since you have already violated your sanctions on multiple occasions, I do not think 2 weeks is long enough.

Some ammendments have been made on the page, but I feel this is a little harsh, and given Kev's comment to you on Jan 18(see diff on his talk page), I have made it slightly more constraint. @Cassie: What do you think? --Gale5050 aka Andrew5 let's talk!
