ICU

ICU Removal

Generally, when someone adds an ICU to your page, it means that they, in their opinion, do not think the page is worth keeping in its current condition. As such, when one is improving a page for ICU removal, it's in good taste to make more than another section. Generally, reading the ICU's suggestions helps to improve it. In this case (ie: How to teach Evolution in School) the problem was length, funniness, and formatting. I am going to re-add the ICU, and then I want you to come to me or Starnestommy (who originally placed the ICU) when you feel you've sufficiently improved it.
