Leicester Bus article

Costly - there's no funny in that there article. This isn't a wiki for bus timetables, it's a wiki for funny stuff. Is there some way you are going to subvert that to be a subtle satire? OK, I've deleted it as requested. I've also moved the First Leicester article to your userspace here. Keep it there until either you have finished working on it and you think it's funny enough to move back to mainspace, or you decide you've had enough of it.
