Hey, Amy, do you realize that by posting an advert here, you are in effect spamming?
At least it's on your user page, and not you're not creating regular articles for your spam, or heaven forbid, spamming other people's articles.
Anyway, you should reconsider what you are doing, and think about what sort of response you will get on a free form humor website such as this. Well I write articles on wikipedia and have the exact same user page there, and no-one minds. They are my own created sites, and express my interests and lifestyle. I am not a therapist in autism, I have autism. AmyNelson.
In my view, links to outside sites are fine as long a s they're on your user page. Many users, including myself, have outside links on their user pages. The problems are with people who create non-user pages as advertisements or vanity pages (e.g. David bravo), or those who just create spammy user pages and then don't contribute to the site. I have made numerous pages previously before deciding to become a registered user. Wonderful articles such as Santa and the Prostitute and Doody, and Dogs however Dogs was sadly deleted. AmyNelson
