Uncyclopedia talk:Re-feature queue

Everyone ignored me when I put this up at the forum, so I'm putting it here for more permanent reading: when we re-feature something I think it is VERY important that we show it on the main page as a re-feature and don't pretend it's just an ordinary feature, because it is annoying for me to at first believe it's a new article, and it's a nasty piece of whitewashing for visitors hiding the fact that we can't be arsed to go on VFH at certain times of year. --EveryOtherUsernameWasTaken(dtf?) 18:49, 17 January 2015 (UTC)

I agree that there should be some indication. However, my current coding skills suck absolute donkey dick so I'm not sure how to do that without manually changing it every time. If you know how to do that, I'll temporarily unprotect the mainpage so you can edit it. If not, I'll try to get one of the better coders like Bizzebeever to do it. I think you've also brought up another important issue: that nobody bothers to go check out the forums (I know I personally haven't done so in like a month and I guess nobody else does either). The low activity on VFH is definitely a huge problem too. I'm trying to think of new ways of encouraging people to vote, but I think that low inactivity on the site as a whole is the main cause as VFD also has ridiculously low voting and there's very little going on in Recent Changes.
