Ken Foree[edit source]
I decided to do something different with February 29 and have it be Leap Day, Ken Foree's Birthday, and a Canadian Holiday in which there are only 364 days in the year. The Ken Foree idea came from the Pete Best Birthday anniversary for Uncyclopedia:Anniversaries/November 24 -- I also used KFB as a parody of people whose birthdays shouldn't be holidays, but are anyway. Just to let to know the edits are in good faith. Thank you.
