What G.A.Y.?[edit source]

OK, this won't be pretty, but don't take it personally!

Humour: 1 Unless I missed it, I didn't actually find a joke in here. I re-read it a couple of times just in case.
Concept: 2 Seems to be linked to your other article, which, while not great, is at least better than this.
Prose and formatting: 4 Writing and wiki formatting is OK, but it's just so short, and half of it is a list.
Images: 3 There is one. Relevance is there, I suppose, but it adds nothing to the article.
Miscellaneous: 2 Stubby.
Final Score: 12 Well it's a dull stub, of the kind that doesn't last long at VFD. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but there y'go!

OK, honest feedback: I'm tempted to put this up for deletion. However, there is a chance. There is always a chance!

Read HTBFANJS. Do it now, even if you have before. Now look back at the article - does it match up with anything you just read? Nope? Then do something about it.

Expand the article. Come up with a central concept. Maybe have an online flamewar erupt with people offended at being asked if they were gay. Then when the misunderstanding is cleared up and the smoke starts to settle, they erupt again at being asked their gender - "dude, isn't it, like, totally obvious?" That's a poor idea resulting from a few seconds' thought, but it is at least a concept. If you want this article to succeed, give it a central concept, lose the pointless list, expand it, and try to mine some humour from the situation.

If you want to improve it, you can ask for more ideas on my talk page if you like. Or if you don't feel like asking me after this review, try here for a list of other users happy to help out n00bs - they're a good bunch, and will give some decent advice if you seek it.

Finally, if you don't agree with this review, remember it is only my opinion, and others are available. Finally, good luck! --Sir Under User (Hi, How Are You?) VFH KUN 10:45, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
