Oh yeah, sorry, I forgot to mention how abstact it was. I think I've fixed the beginning. Basically hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia is the fear of long words and this pages trys to point out the irony that hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia is the second longest word in the english dictionary. The page is written from perspective of a sufferer of hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia who suffers shortness of breath and serve depression every time he sees the word hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia. Yeah, I get the idea, but it loses me pretty quickly. I'd try to get the irony angle rather than go for the "AHHHH" or "*gasp*" stuff. I think the article has a lot of potential, but at the moment it's far to hard to even read it. --Roastpork 20:14, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

- I agree with Leon. The article should be extended by including some excessively and annoyingly elongated and nonsensicle words and not simply focus around the one long word of hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia. Instead of the author being freaked out, maybe the author should be oblivious to his inclusion of relatively long words and ample syllables that may or may not freak someone with hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia out. {Ikabu}BUZZ...FLICK...GURGLE... 11:36, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
