| Humour: | 7.5 | It's OK. Some good ideas here and there, but not really laugh out loud material for me. In places the whole thing gets rather list based, and that's seldom looked on well. I like the way which it mocks a 'real' form, and think you have done a great job in places. I particularly liked the Application for a Hospital bed. In other places the humour is a bit random, although not hugely so, I just think that for the effort you have obviously put in you can do a bit better.
I guess this article can be used as a vechicle to make fun of Uncyc and the Health service. Why not add in some references to some more incidents of Uncyc culture? What about the outbreak of Fisher price, or when Mr Winkler was put in charge of the ward? What impact did this have on the quality of service given? How about the 'crises' in VFH at the moment? How would the village dump impact on the service? How about the obvious decline in the quality of Pee Reviews (see this review for further information). :-) |

| Prose and formatting: | 4 | Sorry for the poor score here. I had to though... This is probably the most important part of this review: You have done this using pictures for everything. Although I like the look of it, and think I understood why you did it, I think there is a major problem here. How do other people change the text? Would you not have to modify the actual picture? I really don't think doing an article in this manor is a good idea. It's not really very wiki like as it discourages other people from editing your article. Surely that's a bad thing. I know it would be difficult to get this looking as good as it does now using any other means, but perhaps you could re-do this using a wiki table or perhaps a combination of tables and images. I might be wrong on this one, I have not been around Uncyc that long myself, but for me I don't think this way of presenting an article is a good idea.
This article is also a 'dead end' as it has no links to other articles. Also, on my screen (I'm using 1024*768) the right hand side of the article is not visible. I have to scroll across to view it. I guess you did this on a higher resolution, but on mine, it's a little annoying. |
