UnNews:Chuck Norris on secularism: the single greatest threat that America has ever faced [edit source]

One of the hidden gold pages that I wrote all by myself. I did! I want to see it fail on VFH. Really, isn't that what we all want? (Note that it uses the "title" hack. I started UnColumns figuring that it wouldn't be popular enough for its own namespace. For once, sadly, I was correct. It's a good idea, but writing or satirizing editorials is hard work. Of the three that have been written, two are mine). Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 11:03, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

Humour: 7 Its fairly humourous, although it looks like it should be on a completely different website. It is very witty, lines such as "Yes, France. God now loves France more than He loves the good ol' US of A." did make me chuckle. It is however quite long winded in places where there are gaps in the humour which made me lose interest. The punctuation marks in this make the puns hard to get "Secular Coalition of "America", "American" Atheists, "American" "Humanist" Association, Society for "Humanistic" Judaism, "Freedom" from Religion Foundation, "Americans" "United" for the "Separation" of "Church" and "State", "etc". These groups, among the most powerful and most militant anti-God groups in America" would it not be easier to do this as a list? Its up to you but I find things like this alot easier to read in a list, it also seemingly makes them funnier.

You should also remove the adverts to the right, they're not funny and seemingly are irrelevent to anything, if they are meant to be there for a reason and I'm missing it, then I can't be the only one.

I do like this article it is full of some funny stuff "One politician in America is an atheist now. If this rate of change continues, theologians at Regent University calculate that by the year 2068 we could have as many as four!" for example, Although I don't think it will get featured, its funny, the funniest I've reviewd in a while but it has a way to go for the VFH, it seems we only come to a side splitter at the end of a paragraph, so there is a lot of reading for some of these jokes.

I also like the fact its written by Chuck Norris but doesn't over use the Chuck thing, as far as I can see there is just the image. So well done on the article.

Concept: 8 Its a good concept, Secularism being a bad thing and is destroying America, although the voters have that nailed down already. (I'm not American) but the concept is good and you've gone at it very well and I like how this is written.
Prose and formatting: 7 Only real complaint I mentioned above that some of the lists should be written as lists because with the punctuation marks it just looks horrible. Also remove the ad's they really shouldn't be there.
Images: 7 Although 2 images in a news article is normal, it could do with a third as it is such a lenghty article, the images used are very good and the texas lone ranger one is quite amusing. Still another image is needed.
Miscellaneous: 7 I've given a 7 because although its funny and well written, its not got that hilarity that ensures a featured article. But I like the article and so I've rated it quite well.
Final Score: 36 Nice article you have there, you should give me some more tips.
