Humour:	4	I found a few things amusing, however, reading a few real articles about gang members will help. Some more detailed descriptions of Top Cat's actions would really help. There just isn't much "funny" in this article right now. I don't know how I, personally, can do much to help it.
Concept:	5	It could be funny, but I , not knowing this Top Cat person, would have to be able to find it funny regardless. I don't really. However, making Rat Pack jokes is amusing. Also, JFK, WTF?
Prose and formatting:	3.5	That was bad grammar and bad conveyance of ideas in my opinion. Did you mean "at bay?" instead of "in bay?". Even if you did, that sentence (and many others) made no sense.
Images:	4	I see images, they are there, I don't really like them other than maybe the first one a little. At least one of the images should be funny
Miscellaneous:	3	JFK wtf1!!1!!!!1 0/\/\6, 1 d13d.
Final Score:	19.5	You may want to read some featured articles for inspiration, or perhaps Wire tapping is a fair example of funny pictures and prose. Still, go read featured articles! That will help you save your page, or write a new one when a grumpy admin huffs the damn thing in a drug induced rage One Night.
