Humour:	8	Dug the running gag/tie-in with the philosophy bit. Felt the tone fluctuated from encyclopedic to madcap too sharply at times (although that might have been the joke)
Concept:	8	An exhaustive article about a mundane item? Works for me.
Prose and formatting:	9	Looks great, but nothing above and beyond.
Images:	8	I think the size and layout of the images could stand to be messed around with. Fit 'em under the headings?
Miscellaneous:	6	While there's a lot of good stuff in this article, I felt that it started to drag on with "more of the same" by the end, and didn't hold my attention all the way through. Is there something else in the same vein but different style (tables, analysis, etc.) you could toss in there?
Final Score:	39	Of course, I could just have the attention span of a gnat. Good stuff!
