Humour:	1	There was an effort... but it's just a report with swearing. NEED MORE FUNNY! Still needs more funny just added more... "content."
Concept:	7	Generic Article about a Hurricane, but good Concept ideas in the article, like the East Coast insulting Hurricane Sandy being the cause of the hurricane.
Prose and formatting:	6	Spelling errors and Grammatical errors and this article DESPERATELY needs less Wikipedia templates. One on Hurricane Sandy MIGHT be acceptable, but the Wikipedia links are more intended to be used somewhat comedically, instead of spread throughout the entire article in place of Wikipedia links.
Images:	5	Good amount + Quality of images. If they were a bit funnier, the score would be higher.
Miscellaneous:	2.995	Went a little overboard on the CAPS in this article.
Final Score:	21.995	The article has fallen into the same pitfalls that happen to most of your articles. Relaying factual information without any modifications or funnies, and writing articles in the first person that aren't intended to be written in the first person.
