Bomb-Shaped Bladder is a grunge song created by Kurt Cobain, Dave Grohl, Epic Guitar and Krist Noexist (all from Nirvana) from the album In Utero about the time when Cobain got lost in somewhere and wanted to urinate, but all the urinals and toilets disappeared, so he finds a taxi and tells the taxi driver that he needs to go to the gas station, but the Taxi Driver was a rapist who inspired the next Nirvana song "Rape Me", then Kurt refused to be raped so the taxi driver kicked him in the ass out of the car door and all of that happened while an epic guitar sang. It was later revealed that the taxi driver was Dave Grohl in disguise. The CD of this single includes other songs such as "Milk It", "Marigold" and "Gallons of Rubbing Alcohol Flow Through the Strip"
