I didn't like the rewrite as much as my version, since it was supposed to be set in 1664, the Swindler joke was a reference to the men who tricked the Emperor and the young boy at the end is part of the fairy tale, among other reasons that I think the rewrite doesn't quite capture the joke as I put out.
