IRAQ -- It has been revealed today that former dictator of Iraq, Saddam Hussein, was involved in a "Happy Slapping" incident during his execution. Officials say what was supposed to be a sombre but important turning point in the history of the nation descended into a farce.
"Happy Slapping" which roughly means a group of scum beating the living daylights out of an old pensioner while being filmed by a low-quality video mobile phone, and posting it on Youtube, was originally thought up by some bright spark in northern England, but has now spread all over the world. It is obvious that it has now reached Iraq.
Eyewitnesses say they saw a group of 'yoofs' break into the scene of the execution armed with airhorns, kazoos and cheap mobile phones. They then taunted Saddam, and kicked him in the face a number of times, before leaving. They also demanded three 'fake executions' of Saddam, where he would be brought back up shorty before death, then sent down again. This was denied, so they shouted abuse at everyone, then left.
"How they even managed to parade around Baghdad with video phones without getting mugged is a mystery to me." said a spokesman for the Iraqi police. " We blame rogue agents of the police, who are just in it for the car and the gun or just 'avin a laugh."
The American military today codemned the taunting, saying "It wasn't us. Wow, that's like, the first time since 2003 we can say that!"
