@Fenris2010: Why? --Brogo13 (talk) 12:03, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Brogo13: pretty sure it's because you re-structured what the template said for no reason whatsoever. the template is fine as it is right now; there's no need for brackets or deleting words, it's unnecessary and might make the joke land worse. DaniPine3 (talk) 12:06, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Fenris2010: "Pretty sure"? "No reason whatsoever"? I agree that it's "fine" enough that nobody's said squat for over sixteen years, but please look again (closely, e.g. Ctrl+ and Ctrl-) and elucidate. Thanks. --Brogo13 (talk) 14:52, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Brogo13: I reverted you because the template was funnier in its previous form. Also, what is Ctrl+ and Ctrl-? Fenris2010 the moccasin-wearing Grue You hear growling... 14:56, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Fenris2010: Ctrl+ and Ctrl- are keyboard shortcuts to zoom the page in and out. I think what the guy's referring to is that if you zoom the page in the text gets messy or something like that. What Brogo doesn't realize is that in a satirical website like Uncyclopedia, humor goes over anything else, and making a joke less funny for the sake of it "looking better" or fixing a typo goes against the project's purpose, which is to be funny. There probably is a way to fix it without making the joke less funny; plus, if the problem is that pressing Ctrl+ and Ctrl- makes the text look weird, the obvious solution is "don't press Ctrl+ and Ctrl-".
