Humour:	9	Pretty funny. However, I'd just say we could photoshop the image. Pretty good! The thing with him wiping out the species is the best part.
Concept:	8.5	Pretty straightfoward content. However, I have seen this thing before, so it's not original.
Prose and formatting:	7	We don't need to repeat stuff. You say "Walter is so innocent that if he were to destroy the universe it would be "for fun."". Then you say, "Walter is a fairly calm being with no malicious intent. If he were to wipe out a species it would be on accident or if someone told him to." Redundant, but it also confuses the reader.
Images:	8	Two pretty funny images. We should add a 3rd, either of him destroying the Earth, or photoshop one of the previous images.
Miscellaneous:	8	So yeah, this is good. We should try to remove redundancies. The only other problem is the bytesize, at 5,064. We should try to add one more section, maybe on how North Korea wasn't destroyed. Other then that, really good, and this could one day be a featured article.
Final Score:	40.5	So yeah, we need to add a funny images and make them funnier, and add some more bytes, but remove redundencies.

Humour:	3.5	I'm not the biggest fan of the whole "omnipresent being" thing, it's just kind of boring and kind of feels like a "Mary-Sue" article. I understand it's probably done in jest, but consider adding some "funnies" in there.
Concept:	8.5	Normally I'd rate the "New-Age" memes as poor concept due to the nonsensical nature of most modern-day memes, but you done made a whole "cinematic" universe out of a silly looking bull terrier. Nice work!
Prose and formatting:	9.75	The formatting on this article is fantastic. The warning at the top of the page, the "message" at the bottom of the page, everything is good. My only, very-very small problem with it is that the info-page for Walter on the right is a bit too wide. Try looking at an article like George W. Bush for how to size an infobox. Also, there's very small grammatical errors, which I will go over and fix after this.
Images:	8	Walter. Bonus points for the picture of "Walter" smiling. That's adorable, and I like it a lot.
Miscellaneous:	5	Just some of a reiteration, the "Godlike Powerful" trait can be funny, but if used correctly. Otherwise it comes off as sort of unfunny, and Mary-Sue-ish.
