Uncyclopedia is always open for new articles (it's a wiki, after all), and if you want to, you can create it yourself. However, if you're the same guy from the Johnny Test article, I'd advise you that this time you think about being funny first, and being critical second, or else admins might think it fails HTBFANJS and slap a big ol' ICU in your article.
