I think you should change ATF vending machines to "ATF Cash Stations" because of its terminological acronymn proximity with obfuscating ATM cash stations.
Humour: 8 Very funny in places, though maybe it could be a little more consistent in spots. Also, didn't particularly like the "homies, niggaz, and suburban homeboys." line, not because of the content, necessarily, but because the slang terms clash with the 'official' sounding tone of the article. You might want to rephrase it in a more stilted tone.
Concept: 9 The whole concept of an agency devoted solely to forcing citizens to procure alcohol, tobacco, and firearms, is just great on so many different levels.
Prose and formatting: 8 Generally elegantly formatted and superficially appealing. The writing is good, but needs to maintain the same tone of voice throughout.
Images: 9 I absolutely loved the images. They complimented the article perfectly and were witty
Miscellaneous: 8 A very good article made better with a great concept and some images that really tie it together. There's also a smidgen of social commentary in there, and I noted (perhaps incorrectly) a connection to the numerous conspiracy theories about the FBI being behind crack cocaine.
Final Score: 42 A very good article that reminds me more than a little of your excellent UnNews work. Keep up the good work in both areas.
