Forum:A real Cabal?

The idea got around that perhaps what Uncyclopedia really needs is an equivalent of the Mediation Cabal on wikipedia. I would hope that this could resolve the occassional issue with over-zealous admins - therefore solving concerns on Forum:Proposal: Admins's rules. This could be:

• Like the wikipedia model, informal, and no official or binding rulings.

or

• A more authorative version, with official rulings and binding sanctions.
