This game's cover is so beautiful it is prettier than your face.

Blue Archive is a game developed by a South Korean company NEXON Games. It was released in 2021 in Japan by Joestar and has since converted new players into a basement-dweller weeb.

In Blue Archive, the player (whom the game calls them by the title "Sensei") gets kidnapped to the city of Kivotos by the illegally General Student Council, to help reduce the number of crimes committed in the city, search for the missing El Presidente, and embrace the anime tiddies.

The anime of the said game was released sometime in April of 2024.

The Gameplay[edit | edit source]

The player can form a team of up to 6 characters (students as called in-game). During combat the students will attack the enemies using guns and the player will have to activate the student's skill on their own or they can use auto mode to quickly progress through the game (but not recommended due to the AI used in the auto feature is inherently dysfunctional and stupid).

The Schools[edit | edit source]

The current state of Abydos.
  • Abydos High School: Pretty much the Chernobyl of Kivotos as the school is pretty much abandoned.

Also, it doesn't help the fact that they are in a serious debt and with a student body of 5.

  • Millennium Science Shcool: Almost (if not) the largest school of Kivotos. Also, this is a place where all the nerds and hippies invent the internet.
  • Trinity General School: It seems like this school is the calmest of them all, but it was only the top of the iceberg, it gets darker the more you know it.
  • Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy: Where festivals are held in Kivotos, not to be confused with Gehenna by it's color.
  • Red Winter Federal Academy: The school that teaches students to become a part KGB. And you guessed it, it was based of the Soviet Union
  • Arius Branch School: It's just Trinity but filled with a lot of angry peasants.
  • Valkyrie Police Academy: A school and a police station. Despite this they were inherently useless when it comes to solving the city's rampant crime problem.
  • SRT Special Academy: The top-of-the-line of all schools that is currently run by Jews to control the whole city and schools.

The Characters[edit | edit source]

SCHALE[edit | edit source]

  • Sensei: Not everyone knows what he looks like, so they draw him in the style of a child's drawing.
  • Arona: The Paimon of Blue Archive. Also has an evil version named Plana.
  • Sora: The shopkeeper of the game. She's also a middle-schooler.

The GSC[edit | edit source]

  • El Presidente: The highest-ranking official of the GSC but we don't know his/her full name (yet). The said person was, however, disappeared.
  • Rin: The successor to El Presidente, responsible for all the work for the whole of Kivotos.
  • Ayumu: Rin's secretary, likes to carry 1000 metric tons of paper.
  • Momoka: The transport department. You can find her when doing commissions.
  • Kaya: The defense minister that turns out to be the villian.
  • Aoi: The financial department that prefers to work with Sensei for most of the time.
  • Haine: The PE department chief who is literally problematic.
  • Sumomo: She's a member of the GSC and...that's it. Nothing else to say.

Abydos[edit | edit source]

  • Shiroko: It may seem that her riding a bike to somewhere seems normal but the more you know she's likely going to commit an armed robbery and that bike was literally her getaway vehicle (no number plate = no way the cops are on her).
  • Ayane: The sanest person of Abydos, but is a table destroyer if anything doesn't go to plan.
  • Nonomi: The wallet for Abydos but even if she's that loaded, the amount of money she have can cover only 0.00001% of all of Abydos' debt.
  • Serika: Also works at a ramen shop for some apparent reason.
  • Hoshino: Abydos' incompetent vice president.
  • Yume: Oh wait, she's dead.

Gehenna[edit | edit source]

  • Akari: Sums up the reason why Gehenna was a mayhem.
  • Ako: Would often get called a "hipster" by other students but she does not care.
  • Aru: Breaks every rule possible, SHE'S TOO DANGEROUS TO BE LEFT ALIVE!!!
  • Chiaki: Missed opportunity to make her playable.
  • Chinatsu: Like Ayane but has a cinnamon color and does not destroy tables.
  • Fuuka: Gehenna's version of Gordon Ramsay.
  • Haruka: Though it seems she's a bit shy, she's literally an Avengers level threat.
  • Haruna: Hates food because it's food.
  • Hina: Likes to obey rules, but extremely lazy.
  • Ibuki: Do not ever make her sad.
  • Iori: Like Aru but pretty competent.
  • Iroha: Drives a tank to school every day.
  • Izumi: For her, everything is food if she's desperate enough.
  • Junko: Is on a diet but still eats if that food is her favourite.
  • Juri: Considering she would work at a court because her name was literally spelled like "Jury"
  • Kasumi: A hot spring contractor.
  • Kayoko: She looks like a serial killer. Do not ask me why.
  • Kirara: Not to be confused with another Kirara from Genshin Impact.
  • Makoto: Again, do not confuse her with a Genshin Impact NPC with the same name.
  • Megu: A demolition expert.
  • Mutsuki: Another criminal from Gehenna.
  • Satsuki: Why are demons so hot? Not my words, though.
  • Sena: Hurts people more than helping them.
