In regards to everything, I do not intend to take out the masturbation. Without the masturbation, the article is just a hollow shell. The doodling is just part of Obama's breakdown. A breakdown that leads him to revert to his childish ways (drawing penises), and really wanting to sink deeper into his unhealthy habits of smoking (drawing animals smoking). It is an issue that when encountered by the press, a press that he does not like (his public disdain for Fox News supports this), his breakdown worsens, and he simply goes to his most primal. The cumshot onto the press is just him finally losing it. The cool, no drama Obama is destroyed. He no longer hides his vehemence towards the press. In this case he believes the press deserves a good cumshot to the face.
There is also another layer as part of the press core. You see instead of the press asking the most important questions like the oil spill or the War in Afghanistan, they concentrate on trivial shit, like Obama's doodles. And while they question him on his doodles, they don't go for the obvious "why are you wasting your time, there's shit to do", instead they concentrate on the illogical doodles. Which is pointless since doodles rarely follow human logic.
The article also contains a comment on Wikileaks. You see Wikileaks earlier this year said they were sitting on "history changing stuff". This is just me thinking that Wikileaks likes to hype shit up to such a degree, when it's so unnecessary.
