But this is a serious question. On my watchlist, I have what appear to be point values next to each edit that is made to pages there. What gives?Ljlego (talk) – contribs (new • del) • edit-count • block (rem • list) • all logs • groups • checkuser

• Firstly, sign your comments by typing ~~~~. Secondly, that's the net character change; how many total characters were added or subtracted from the article. It makes it easier to detect crazy big fuckups and douchebaggery, like replacing an entire section with "KEVIN ROBERTS IS SUCH A FAG LOLOLOL HE LIEKS COK" or something of that ilk. -- Contestant CUN -- VFH NotM Buzz Ctrbs 01:23, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

When I first came on this page I thought, "Hmm nice sig Ljlego". Then I realised A) It wasn't his sig and B) Having a block link in your sig would be so tempting for admins. Must...resist. —Braydie 15:40, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
