That's a fake Main Page, but I see your point. Somebody should probably get on that. Also, from my end, Olipro's very flattering XKCD full page reskin on the actual main page cannot be seen at all unless you go to the main page and do a purge from your address bar EVERY TIME, so to many in the world, I assume it's almost as if it was never there... Eerie. But more to the point, Wikia has really been dropping the ball lately. On several computers, both the main page and Recent Changes (VFH As Well) are frozen at yesterday afternoon (GMT time anyway). Is this just me, or is it the latest in a series of efforts by Wikia to disguise that Uncyclopedia is almost full by dropping our edits, freezing our caches, and prohibiting our image uploads??? --KUN VFH POTM VFP(IMAGES⇔TALK) 03:28, September 2, 2010 (UTC)

I can't say I've had any trouble with any of that. Mainpage looks fine from wherever for me. Well, I did have it tell me I was logged out and then change its mind in the middle of my editing today, but... that could have just as easily been my web browser misplacing its cookies. It does that sometimes.

The main page is now fine for me, and so is VFH (as much as it ever is). The recent changes I was able to get around anyway and now functions somewhat sporadically. I'm fairly sure it was not a cache issue on my end because of the multiple setups, so I'm wondering if such strangeness is going to become progressively more common. I don't know what it looks like to everyone else, but I think removing all the links to the rest of the site was not a very good idea. Feels like we shut down the entire wiki for a day on behalf of one article. pillow talk 17:30, September 2, 2010 (UTC)

I'm inclined to agree about the fullscreen thing. Probably could have kept the sidebar. But there's actually two ways (besides random links, which if it was April Fool's Day would be more appropriate): first link at the top leads to the surrogate main page (for what's hopefully not the first time in history, "Jokes" links to Uncyclopedia Main Page), and if you arse yourself to read through the strip, you also get redirected to that same clone of the normal main page (OP) in all of its links and all of its glory. --KUN VFH POTM VFP(IMAGES⇔TALK) 18:32, September 2, 2010 (UTC)
